Occupational Health & Safety Policy (OHS Policy)
We will continuously develop the OHSAS 18001 system—which is as important as our business objectives—based on the principle that “all accidents are preventable and every job can always be performed in a safer way,” integrating it as an essential part of overall business performance.
• Occupational health and safety is the responsibility of all DUPLAS A.Ş. personnel.
• Responsibilities and authorities will be shared among all employees to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and occupational safety requirements.
• Based on the principle of keeping human productivity safe and healthy against increasing risks caused by advancing machinery, DUPLAS A.Ş. will ensure essential training for all employees to build safety awareness, and will continuously inform suppliers, subcontractors, and visitors.
• At DUPLAS A.Ş., all internal and external resources will be used in the most efficient and beneficial way to create a safe and healthy working environment, enhance communication, improve individual performance, and reward knowledge and success.
Environmental Policy
1. To comply with and keep up to date with environmental legislation in our country.
2. To ensure continuous and measurable improvement in all possible environmental areas.
3. To identify environmental aspects and determine their types and impacts.
4. To minimize pollution and waste, and ensure safe disposal of hazardous waste with minimal environmental impact.
5. To provide continuous training to employees and subcontractors and encourage them to apply these principles.
6. To define objectives and targets in this direction and review them annually, reporting progress.
7. To continuously improve our environmental management system in line with these principles. These policies will be communicated to the public and remain open to public opinion. Management will continuously monitor the implementation of Quality, Environmental, and OHS policies and objectives it has committed to.
